REGULATION AND CONDITIONS

Dear Guest,
we welcome you to our hotel, which will be your home for a short time. We tried to make it as comfortable as possible in order to guarantee everyone a peaceful, harmonised and tidy use of the hotel and its rooms. The present regulation have a contractual nature between the management of Hotel Amalfi & Rooms -Dependance Amalfi and the Guest and therefore, the request to stay in one of our rooms and the acceptance of this request by the management implies the total acceptance of the regulation.

Check-in and Check-out
The Hotel Amalfi & Stanze-Dependance Amalfi is exclusively reserved for guests who occupy the rooms: access by unauthorized persons is therefore forbidden. You can take possession of the rooms from 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate them by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Documents
The Guest on his arrival is required to show a valid identity document, for registration, according to the current legal provisions. The acquired data are treated in accordance with the current legislation on privacy and the Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003 and the European Regulation 679/2016 GDPR.

City tax
In the municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro (Ud) the amount of the city tax for B&B-Hotels is € 0,70 per person and per night for maximum 10 overnights (from the age up to 12 years). The amount of this tax will be paid by the guest on his arrival.

Access keys
On his arrival, the guest will receive both the room keys and the entrance keys. In case of loss, it is expected a cost of €30,00 for the change of the door lock, completely debit to guest.

Smoke
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the bedrooms and public areas of the hotel.

Damages and missing objects
The guest is obliged to take the utmost care of the room, its furnishings and equipment and to report to the Management any lacks or breakages within 2 hours of occupation of the room, in order to avoid being held responsible for them later and paying for any damage.
Any damage caused after ascertaining responsibility must be paid for by the guest.
Objects missing from the rooms will be charged to the occupants.
The furniture and furnishings cannot be moved unless authorised by the Management.

Personal objects
The guest must look after his valuables objects let inside the room. The management will not be responsible for any thefts or losses.

Recommendations and prohibitions
Proper use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing tampons and other objects in the toilet that could clog it up (use of the appropriate bins is recommended).

It is also recommended
– to turn off the light each time you leave the room
– not to leave windows and balconies open during your absence
– not to leave chargers plugged in when not in use
– it is forbidden to use water kettles and hotplates for eating
– not to leave taps running (water is a precious good)
– not to leave air conditioners running during your absence
– keep the television set at a low volume so as not to disturb other guests
– not to leave bathroom ventilators on during your absence.

Silence and tranquillity
In accordance with the house rules and the Municipal Police regulations, you are asked to observe silence between 1:30  pm and 3:30 pm and from 11:00 pm to 08:00 am.

Internet and Wi-Fi
The Hotel is equipped with a Wi-Fi network for Internet connection, made available to guests free of charge.
We are not responsible for any inefficiency due to total or partial lack of electricity, water, or internet connection not depending on our will.

External guests
It is absolutely forbidden for the room to be occupied, even temporarily, by persons other than those declared at check-in. Any exceptions must be agreed in advance with the Director for the necessary legal requirements. Visitors are required to leave an identity document at the reception desk, which they will collect on leaving the hotel. Violation, even occasional, will result in the application of the penalty provided for by art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.

Parking

Breakdowns and complaints
All facilities and infrastructures are maintained on a regular basis. Therefore, the descriptions given by us are made in absolute good faith and sincerity. Any defect or problem that occurs will be resolved as soon as possible after the customer has informed the Management. If it is not possible to solve the problem in a timely manner for reasons beyond our control (holidays, lack of immediate availability of spare parts, breakdowns, etc.) we ask for your understanding and if the problem should extend beyond a reasonable period of time we will endeavour to find alternative accommodation for the necessary period. You can report any faults either directly to the housekeeper or to the receptionist.
The internal regulations have been prepared to safeguard your privacy, safety and well-being. We are committed to meeting your needs and expectations in a professional and efficient manner.
